Photographer | Connection Educator
I’ve spent most of my life studying people without realizing it.
Patterns. Energy. The small, almost invisible moments where someone reveals who they really are.
Being twice exceptional | high pattern recognition+HSP + ADHD means my brain is always tracking those details…
and photography became the place I could translate them into something real.
I don’t just take photos.
i see people.
Working with me doesn’t feel like a photoshoot.
It feels like exhaling.
No pressure to perform.
No awkward “what do I do with my hands?” moments.
No pretending to be someone you’re not.
I’ll talk to you.
I’ll read you.
I’ll adjust to you.
And somewhere along the way, you’ll forget you were ever nervous.
That’s when we get the photos you didn’t even know you were capable of.
This isn’t about photos.
It’s about being seen in a way you probably haven’t experienced before.
And once you have that—
you don’t really settle for anything less.
actual footage of my brain in a moment:
he’s wondering why his sparkler burned out so quickly
watch the light hit the smoke…
smiling bridesmaid
these two laughing about what the lady over there said…
don’t drop me
shadow of railing
don’t let go
awesome lighting position (due to lucky timing)
her smile under the kiss
his grip
HANDS
laughing at unrelated conversation
everyone else disappears
that new ring feeling
perfectly bustled
These guys laughing because they were the first to light their sparklers and they were the first to go out.

Hi, I’m Amanda!
I’m a wife, a mom of three, and someone who has lived enough life to know that nothing meaningful comes from staying on the surface.
My world is a mix of road trips, late-night conversations, music playing in the background, and a constant curiosity about what makes people who they are.
I love being outside—hiking, kayaking, camping—anything that gets me out of the noise and back into something real.
I’m also someone who feels things deeply.
I notice patterns.
I read between the lines.
For a long time, I didn’t realize that was a strength.
Life has taken me through a lot—experiences that shaped how I see people, how I show up, and how I connect. It’s also what led me to care so much about authenticity, honesty, and emotional safety in every area of my life.
I’m not great at small talk.
I’d rather skip straight to the real stuff—the stories, the meaning, the why behind everything.
At home, you’ll usually find me with my husband Tyson and our kids, probably planning our next trip, digging through thrift stores, or listening to vinyl and talking about life in a way that somehow turns both philosophical and slightly inappropriate at the same time.
I’ve learned that the most important things in life aren’t the polished, perfect moments.
They’re the ones where you’re fully yourself—
unfiltered, a little messy, and completely real.
And those are the moments I’ll choose every time.
